Tip 1: If you don't like wearing really colorful eye shadow, try using a solid, matte color on your lids (like I-mark in Minx or Biscotti). It will make your eyes stand out and make your liner look more dramatic!
Tip 2: Use an shimmering white eye shadow to highlight your eyes. Put it along your upper eye lid (lineign under the brow) and put in the inner corners of your eyes to make them pop!
Tip 3: For a new smoky eye, try using I-mark in Vintage Khaki. Take the eye shadow brush and sweep it across your eyelids, make sure it's not to thick. Take your finger and rub the color into your eye. Then take your eye liner brush and line the bottom corner of your eye lid, don't go all the way.
